Tip of the Day: Remedy for Shit, This is Too Spicy

If you eat something that’s way too spicy, drink some milk or suck on a piece of bread. Carbs and sugar will absorb the heat and ease your suffering. And if my roommate Elise ever says to you, “here, take a bite of this Thai pepper,” just say no.

(I was not stupid enough to make that mistake, thank you very much, but a friend of mine was and still complains about it. Silly boys.)
