Tip of the Day: Dehydration Headaches

If you find yourself getting minor headaches every day, take a look at your coffee consumption. Try to have a few cups of water or tea before diving into the mega-urn of coffee. You might find your head doesn’t hurt so much. Conversely, if all you’ve had is water and no caffeine, that could be withdrawal. You must achieve balance within the force, coffee Jedi.
