Tip of the Day: Toast Your Leftover Muffins

If you, like me, bake blueberry or banana bread and freeze slices of it for later, don’t microwave ’em warm. Spread both sides with butter and toast the frozen slice in a skillet on your stovetop. Waaaaay more tasty than soggy microwaved bread, and you get to add even more butter to something you probably baked with a cup of butter in it already! Win.
